For years I'd kid around with my employees and co-workers about the idea of writing a book about
some of the things that I have seen while working in the fast food industry. But as I started
getting into building webpages, and surfing the internet, I thought why not put some of my stories
online? Besides which, I think we all need a place to vent because, as you all well know, working
within the customer service industry we are expected to be courteous and polite to all of our
customers no matter how rude or nasty they may be towards us.
Before putting these pages together, I went "surfing", searching to see if anyone else had come up
with similar ideas. To my surprise, a few people have. So, here's my "two-cents" worth. Below
are stories of situations that I have encountered with some of our worst customers. And, believe
me, after fifteen years of being in this business, I have a lot of stories to tell. As I get them
ready, they will be posted here, so keep checking back for any additions to this page if you are
interested.

I am also very interested in feedback from those who have viewed my page. Fast food, full
service restaurants, grocery stores, and department stores, etc. -- I know you've had more
than your fair share. So, come on people. Write to me. Tell me your stories about some of
the worst customers that you have dealt with, and I just might post it here for others to read.
